Our Team of Consultants

Sandi joined Frost & Company P.C. in June of 2008 and posseses an associate degree in human resource management. She brings to the firm over 20 years of accounting experience with primary responsibilities of preparing and maintaining client books including bank reconciliations, budgets, fixed assets, general ledger review and producing the financial statements. Sandi's other responsibilities' include assisting our healthcare consultants in producing hospital funding reports for our physician clients. Prior to joining Frost & Company P.C., Sandi worked independently for herself and as an accountant/bookkeeper and firm administrator for a large CPA firm in Houston.

Roshan joined Frost & Company P.C. in July 2006 and posseses a Bachelors of Finance from the University of Houston's Bauer College of Business and is a candidate to sit for the Certified Public Accounting license in the State of Texas. Roshan's responsibilities include preparing and maintaining client financial reports as well as preparing tax returns for the various entities. Roshan also works closely with the consulting side of Frost & Company P.C. with the preparation of practice valuations, budgets, and proformas. He is extremely knowledgeable with multiple tax and accounting software programs; including QuickBooks. Roshan brings seven years of experience to the firm, previously working for a small independent firm before joining Frost & Company P.C. 

Libby joined Frost & Company P.C. in April 2006 and posseses a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. Libby has over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry and has possessed various roles in the healthcare field. As a Healthcare Consultant in our Practice Management Department, Libby's primary responsibilities include hospital and practice proformas, physician recruitment hospital funding reports, practice billing and collection analysis, and client support and satisfaction. Additionally, Libby is key in new practice startups, medical practice operational assessments, medical staff recruitment, education and implementation of human resource policies in the client offices, personnel reviews and disciplinary actions, and has served as an "off site" Office Manager for several of our healthcare clients when the need arose.

Keri joined Frost & Company P.C. in November 1990 and posseses a Bachelors of Business Management plus a Master's of Arts in Organizational Management Degree. As Administrator for Frost & Company P.C. Keri's primary responsibilities include the day to day operations and management of the firm, personnel management, and client support and satisfaction. After 21 years of closely working with our clients, Keri has developed numerous close relationships and enjoys the opportunity to offer personalized attention to their various needs and concerns. Additionally, Keri serves as a Healthcare Consultant whose assists our Practice Management Department in new practice startups, medical practice operational assessments, medical staff recruitment, education and implementation of human resource policies in the client offices, client education of various employment laws (state and federal), personnel reviews and disciplinary actions, has served as an "off site" Office Manager for several of our healthcare clients when the need arose and is involved in several facets of the medical practice valuation process.
