  • Guidance from idea inception to start
  • Consultation with physician regarding with Physician Recruitment Agreement options
  • Develop financial proforma and business plan

  • Assist with application for state licenses and various Provider numbers
  • Assess and review furniture, fixtures and equipment needs
  • Develop office policies and procedures manual
